On the heels of yesterday's Wired article, we get this deconstruction of the UK's online version of a scratch-off.  First of all, who knew there was such a think?  Brits, I guess.  Second, where does buying an online lottery ticket rank of the spectrum of Ways to Throw Away Time and Money.  I mean, even if your participation weren't completely illusory?
